HST Professional Nurse Clinician Position Requirements:-

- Knowledge of HIV management, including the UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals and targets, and of TB management
- Knowledge of Ideal Clinic Realisation and Management (ICRM) and QIP frameworks
- Clinical care: understanding of the Universal Test and Treat (UTT) approach, QI processes and concepts, and competence in HIV clinical management (NIMART)
- Experience in provider-initiated HIV testing and counselling (PITC), including index case contact testing, is essential
- Experience in facilitation of HIV self-screening would be an advantage
